Website security and card payments
We take payment security very seriously, which is why we've chosen to use credit and debit card processing facilities provided by Protx, one of the world's leading payment solutions providers. Protx have impeccable fraud prevention capabilities and are master merchants for Visa and MasterCard.
The Protx network uses full 128-bit encryption. It is regularly inspected by the major banks to ensure that system integrity and security are maintained to the highest standards. The Protx processing centre is securely linked to many processing banks worldwide, who handle the card authorisations online and process the transactions in real time.
Cataga only receives notification of payment and we do not have any access to your card details.
eBook License : Use of the eBook
- You may save copies of the eBook onto computers used primarily by yourself or your immediate family.
- You may make backup copies of the eBook, provided your backup copies are not used actively on any computer.
- You may NOT electronically post, email, or otherwise distribute any portion of this eBook.
- You may output (print) one copy of this eBook to an output device such as a printer for your own personal use only.
- You must keep the eBook in the form in which it was supplied to you. You may not alter or modify any text. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

eBook Frequently Asked Questions
An eBook is an electronic book that allows readers to read material on their PC, laptop or handheld device. It offers numerous benefits over traditional books. First, it's available immediately. When you order an eBook through Cataga, you will be presented with a link to immediately download your new eBook. Second, eBooks offer extra flexibility and convenience because once you've downloaded your eBook you can read it directly on your computer or print out a hard copy for you to read whenever you'd like. And third, you can use your reader software to search the contents of your eBooks and instantly jump to the topics and phrases you're interested in.
Reading your eBook is very easy - all you need is the Adobe Reader® program installed on your computer. Our eBooks are made available in the Adobe® Acrobat® PDF format (Portable Document Format). PDF files are one of the most common types of electronic documents. More than likely you already have a version of Adobe Reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader®) installed on your computer. But if you don't, it's available for free from the Adobe web site. If you're not sure whether you have Adobe Reader® installed on your system, we recommend downloading and installing the latest version.
What happens when I place my order?
Once you submit your order and the transaction is approved, you will be presented with an order confirmation page. This page will contain two passwords: 1) password to access the download page and 2) unique password for every time you want to open your the ebook. The confirmation page will also contain a link to the download page for you to immediately download the ebook. Please note that the password to access the download page will expire within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Upon reaching the download page, simply right click on the ebook link and choose "save target as" to save the ebook to your computer. When it has finished downloading, note where you have saved it, and open the file. You will be asked for your password every time you want to open your ebook so keep note of the password supplied.
How long will it take to download my eBook?
Depending on your internet connection speed, the download will take approximately between 5 minutes for 28.8Kbps Dial-up to 20 seconds for broadband.
What is the return policy for eBooks?
Unfortunately our eBooks are non-returnable. This is due to eBook refunds being open to abuse by people copying and keeping an eBook, and then demanding a refund. Cataga will grant refunds entirely at our own discretion.
If for whatever reason you have any technical problems accessing your ebook, please contact us. We endeavour to answer all technical problems immediately.
What is the return policy for printed materials?
We want our customers to be delighted with our test prep materials. However, we know you may want to return items. That's why we offer a "no quibbles" guarantee on all our printed books, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in an unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and get your original purchase price back, exclusive of postage and packaging.
For damaged or incorrect items we will refund any costs incurred by yourself returning the goods to us and offer you a full refund or replacement.
Privacy policy and data protection
The information we collect from you
When you place an order with us, we will take your name, e-mail address, delivery address, card details and a telephone number on which you can be contacted in the event of a query. As well as this information, we'll also keep records of any further emails you send us, which we will use to help improve the Cataga service.
Privacy & disclosure of this information
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Protx. When ordering online, neither Cataga nor any of our other agents have access to your card details at any stage. If we take your order over the phone or via fax/post, we will destroy our record of your card details once we've made the transaction with Protx.
The details that we do retain will only be handled by Cataga employees (who have signed a confidentiality agreement) and the agents who help us run our business. We do not and never will pass on your information onto 3rd party mailing lists! We do retain the right to submit any information requested by the law, in the UK or elsewhere.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files created by websites and stored on your computer. Online shopping sites often use cookies to allow their customers to navigate around the site without losing anything they've already put in their shopping baskets. Cataga does use cookies, but only for its shopping basket facility and no other purpose.
The only data in Cataga cookies are the ID number of the order and the ID number(s) of the item(s) in your shopping basket. This enables us to record the purchase.
If you have any problem with your Cataga online shopping experience, it may be because you have chosen to disable cookies in your browser. Remember that as an alternative to ordering online, we'd be very happy to take your order via phone, email or fax.
